All orders\u00a0made\u00a0during a sale are\u00a0Not<\/strong>\u00a0eligible for return. All SALE items are only eligible for exchange within 14 days of receipt. All exchanged items must comply with our exchange policy.<\/p>\n

We accept returns and exchanges on items within\u00a014\u00a0days of receipt<\/strong>. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original DOGGIMO packaging included.\u00a0Items damaged through normal wear and tear are\u00a0non-eligible for returns.<\/p>\n

To initiate a return or exchange an item, simply send us a message at info@doggimo.ca<\/a> and we’ll email you back with the return\u00a0instructions.<\/p>\n

Please note that customer\u00a0is responsible for cost of shipping on returns and exchanges.<\/p>\n

Doggimo\u00a0reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer\u2019s expense. In order to avoid this, please reach out to our team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.<\/p>\n
